In the extremely unlikely event of Celtic Rouge Band cancelling the agreement, the band shall inform the client immediately.

Celtic Rouge Band, working together with Tartan Wedding Bands Ltd will endeavor to offer the client an alternative entertainer of similar size, style and cost. We will make all reasonable attempts to provide a suitable replacement. Should a suitable replacement not be found or the replacement not be acceptable to the client, Celtic Rouge Band agrees to refund the client the deposit and any further fees already paid by the client.

Fees

Celtic Rouge Band requires private clients to pay a deposit when booking entertainment for weddings, private functions etc. This deposit is non refundable unless the agreement is cancelled by Celtic Rouge Band.

Celtic Rouge Band must receive deposits in full before we can accept a contractual agreement with the client.

Final Balance

The final balance fee for any private engagement must be paid to Celtic Rouge Band via electronic bank transfer no later than 14 days prior to the event. Cheques are regretfully not accepted. Failure to pay the complete balance prior to the start of the event will result in Celtic Rouge Band's refusal to perform.

Changes to Agreement

Should the client choose to change the venue or date of their event, Celtic Rouge Band will endeavor to accommodate the changes, however if the band is unavailable on the new proposed or deem the new venue unsuitable, the booking will be cancelled and the cancellation terms will apply.

Venue changes which are accepted by Celtic Rouge Band may sometimes incur additional travel expenses which will be added to the original agreed fee.

Performance Times

Celtic Rouge Band performs standard set times as set out by the Musicians Union. For evening receptions and functions these hours are normally:

8pm - Midnight with a 40-minute break.

Please note that contracted start times are based on the band having access to the performance area approx. 1 hour before the contracted start time. Please note that the band are not responsible for hotel overruns and are not obliged to play beyond the contracted finish time.

Extensions to the standard set times are by agreement only and will incur additional fees.

Use of Deputy Performers

Celtic Rouge Band will endeavour to perform using their standard group of performers as advertised to the client. However given the high number of engagements the band perform at each year, the band reserves the right to use deputy performers that are of the same standard and professional competence as the original performer. The deputy performer will have good knowledge of the band's set list and represent the band to the same high standard expected by the client. Deputy performers will be well rehearsed and experienced.

Contracts & Agreements

Every Celtic Rouge Band agreement is formalised with a written contract. This protects both you the client and the band. On receipt of our Booking Confirmation form, the document should be signed and returned according to the instructions on the document. Please note that you cannot cancel any agreement by not returning the signed contract.

When dealing with businesses or organisations, Celtic Rouge Band will happily provide invoices to the client for the entertainment purchased.

Our business and corporate clients are also subject to our terms and conditions.
